Our workout is not HIIT. It is heart rate-based interval training, where our certified coach will guide you through our 5 different heart rate zones: resting, easy, challenging, uncomfortable and All Out, telling you when to push harder and when to pull back for recovery. The goal is to spend 12 minutes or more with your heart rate elevated in "The Orange Zone" to boost your metabolism, burn fat and burn more calories.
Every stroke on the rower activates 85% of your body's muscles. This low impact workout helps you improve endurance, strength and power.
Our weight and floor exercises change daily so you can focus on different muscles. Your coach can provide options for any movement if you have injuries or limitations.
Whether you walk, jog or run, you'll go at your own pace based on your fitness level. We also have bikes and striders available as alternates to the treadmill.
As you take in the energy of our group workout, you'll also get the attention and inspiration that comes from our certified and experienced personal training coaches. They're full of the life they promise and always pushing you forward toward your goal. They have coached people of all ages, fitness levels and abilities and can walk you through numerous move options to help you feel successful in class.

OTF is more than just a gym, it's a community that inspires and supports members on their fitness journey. The classes are varied, well-structured and superbly led by the best coaches in the business. I've had various gym memberships over the years, but monotony can set in and motivation wanes. That's certainly not the case with OTF, and after 2 years, I'm as keen as ever.
Each class is different, and the support and push provided by the coach means I'm burning a lot more calories than I ever have going to a traditional gym.
