We start October, the first month of autumn with lots of energy. If you are one of those lazy people who have not yet started with your sports routine, this is your month. In this post we give you a series of tips to do sport even those days when you think you have no energy for more.
As much as we regret it, summer is over, it's time to leave behind that post-holiday syndrome and get down to work with a healthy lifestyle.
Take a positive attitude, gain strength and when you get down.... remember why you started!
1. MODERATE EXERCISE
As we always say, set yourself viable challenges. Do not become obsessed, it is preferable to exercise in a controlled manner and without excesses. This will make you improve every day and consequently, motivate you.
2.GENTLE TRAINING
Aim to train 2 or 3 times a week and perform lighter exercises. In this way you will gradually achieve your goals as we mentioned in the previous point.
3.EXERCISE ADAPTED TO YOUR ROUTINE
Of course, we all have our obligations and commitments in our day to day, but we can always make some time to exercise. If one day you can't make it to your fitness center, you can always do a workout at home or wherever you are.There are millions of options that can be adapted to your life plan regardless of location.
4.INDOOR SPORTS PRACTICE
In summer you have had time to disconnect and do different exercises such as surfing, wake, canoeing etc.. But now that temperatures are starting to drop what you really want is to do sports in a closed and sheltered place, don't you think? there's nothing like training for 1 hour in a sports center with the ideal temperature, vibrant music and a trainer that motivates you at all times. That's how we do it in our studio!
5.STYLISH EQUIPMENT
For many people, equipping themselves correctly when training is a great incentive and it may be useful for you too. Consider adding a few more items to your sports outfit - you'll enjoy it more!
With these simple tips you will not give laziness a chance and you will make your routine a healthy life. Because we all know that having a drink with friends is great, or at home with your partner playing board games, but your body and your health will thank you for it.
