1. CREATE A ROUTINE THAT FITS YOUR SCHEDULE

Work, family obligations, leisure... we know that it is difficult to reconcile physical exercise with your personal issues, but if you establish a routine in which you make room for exercise, everything will be much easier. One hour a day is more than enough.
2. SMALL CHANGES ARE VERY IMPORTANT

Once you have a routine adapted to your needs, make small changes in your daily life to make a difference and add an extra to your daily physical condition. We are referring here to changing the stairs for the elevator, exchanging the car or public transport with the bicycle or our own steps... very slight changes that will help us to improve in a practically unconscious way.
3. PATIENCE IS THE MOTHER OF SCIENCE

The old popular saying is very wise. It often happens that during our first day of training we give 200% and the next day we are absolutely exhausted. It is preferable to go little by little and stay wanting more, than to exhaust all our motivation in the first session. That desire for more that you keep is the secret to fulfill your routine.
