Your first class free at OrangeTheory

The first thing you should know is that our training method is designed for all levels , so if you are not used to doing sports, don't worry! You set the pace: walking, jogging, running...

Plus, with our performance screens, you can check your progress.

How to prepare for your first OrangeTheory class

First of all, drink plenty of water throughout the day . If you don't do physical activity frequently, you will avoid major dehydration problems.

Please arrive at the center about 30 minutes before your first class. This time will allow us to get to know your particular situation: current physical capacity, fitness goals, and possible orthopedic or physical problems you may have.

After this talk, we will explain how the session works and one of our coaches will teach you how to interpret the heart rate monitors. Depending on your physical level, we will advise you to do one practice or another.

Dynamics of your first class at Orangetheory

You will begin by doing aerobic exercise, either on the bicycle, elliptical or treadmill; or on the rowing machine to activate the strength part.

Afterwards, the coach will teach you how to perform the floor exercises, the duration of the interval and the speed during the cardio exercise. Make sure to listen to all of his instructions and don't be afraid to ask!

After your first class at Orangetheory

After your first class, you will receive a summary of the results of your first workout: the minutes you spent at each heart rate, the calories you burned...
